Privacy Policy
This notice covers the ARCH-S company website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Separate product websites and external booking or payment pages may use different tools and have their own notices.
Who to contact
ARCH-S Design Studio is the studio contact for this website and project enquiries. Write to [email protected] about your information or this notice.
Information involved
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access times to deliver and secure the website.
- If you email us, we receive the information you send, including your contact details, project location, questions and attachments. Do not send payment card details or sensitive documents unless we have agreed on a suitable method.
- If you use Calendly, it collects the booking details you enter. The current event asks for your name, email, phone number and project question. Booking information reaches ARCH-S so we can prepare and attend the call.
Why information is used
We use enquiries and booking details to reply, discuss your project and take steps you request before a service agreement. Contract-related information is used to deliver agreed work. Technical information supports website delivery and security. Where GDPR applies, these purposes rely respectively on pre-contractual or contractual necessity, applicable legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Marketing that requires consent is separate from a project enquiry or booking; visiting this website does not give marketing consent.
Storage, cookies and analytics
This company website does not run advertising pixels, session recordings or the original Framer analytics. It does not submit website forms. It stores a browser preference named archs.projectConsultation.seen.v1 so the consultation pop-up appears once in that browser. This preference contains no contact details and is not sent to ARCH-S. You can remove it by clearing this website's browser storage. If persistent storage is unavailable, session storage or temporary memory is used instead.
A Calendly embed or external link can involve separate third-party cookies and processing. Check Calendly's notice before booking. Any future addition of optional analytics or marketing tools requires a review of this notice and any consent controls that apply.
Providers and international processing
The relevant providers are Cloudflare for hosting, Calendly for scheduling, and our business email provider for correspondence. External checkout pages, when followed from other ARCH-S websites, are operated separately by the payment provider; no card details are collected by this company website.
Providers may process information in countries different from yours. Their notices explain their locations and transfer arrangements. Contact ARCH-S for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry or project. We do not claim that all processing stays in the EU.
Retention and security
Project correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry, perform agreed services or deal with related legal, accounting and dispute obligations. Applicable retention requirements depend on the record and contract. Provider technical logs follow the provider's applicable retention rules. Ask us about the retention relevant to your information. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable law provides these rights, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests can be sent to the email above; we may need to confirm your identity. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also contact your competent data protection authority. An enquiry or booking is voluntary, although we need suitable contact and project details to respond.
Updates
We will update this page when the website's processing changes. The date above identifies this version. This notice explains processing; it is not a blanket consent request.
