Terms of Service

These terms explain use of the ARCH-S company website. Project proposals, signed service agreements and the terms shown for a specific digital product govern those separate services and purchases. This website does not require a user account.

Website information and project scope

ARCH-S presents architectural design, interior design, visualisation and consulting work. Portfolio images, concept studies and videos illustrate design intent. They do not establish the current scope, price, availability or permit status of a project or product. Rendered details can differ from delivered documents and construction.

A website visit, email or booking does not by itself appoint ARCH-S for a project. Before paid work begins, the applicable proposal or agreement should identify the contracting entity, scope, deliverables, fees, timing, revisions and responsibilities.

Consultations

A free consultation is a discussion of your project and possible next steps, not a completed design, engineered solution, building approval or promise of a particular outcome. The company website advertises a two-hour design consultation. Its current Calendly link books 30 minutes, not a two-hour slot. Contact ARCH-S to arrange the two-hour consultation. No paid service is started merely by booking a free call.

Design packages and local adaptation

Any digital package must be assessed using the current product description and its supplied documents. Do not infer that a general architectural package is a site-specific construction or permit set. If you want help adapting a design and getting it permitted where you are, discuss that service with ARCH-S first. Alternatively, you can take editable CAD supplied with a package to your own contractor to discuss a quote. Engineering, site conditions, local approvals and the permissions granted for use depend on the specific package and agreement.

Orders, delivery and consumer rights

For a separate digital purchase, check the product's current price, included files, delivery method, compatibility and licence before paying. These website terms do not change an existing order or introduce a new refund restriction. Contact [email protected] with your order reference if delivery is missing or files are incorrect.

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Where EU distance-contract rules apply, withdrawal rights may include a 14-day period. Access to digital content does not automatically remove those rights: the applicable conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement, must be met for the relevant exception. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content are not waived by these terms. The terms and required information for a specific sale must be supplied before the order.

Content and permitted use

Website designs, renders, photographs, text and other materials are protected by the rights of ARCH-S or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links for legitimate purposes. Reproduction, resale or reuse of designs and media requires the relevant permission or licence. A purchased package's licence is determined by its own sale documents, not by viewing this website.

External services and appropriate use

External booking and payment providers have their own applicable terms and privacy information. Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt it or misrepresent the studio's work. Contact us if you find an inaccurate page or broken link.

Responsibility and complaints

We aim to keep website information useful and current. General website material is not a substitute for project-specific advice or a written professional scope. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or name an unverified governing jurisdiction. Project agreements and applicable law determine those matters.
